Eat Big, Lift Big, Sleep Big, Be Big

A passion of mine is powerlifting. Another passion, obviously, is Halloween. What happens when you mix those two together? Well, besides the ravaging of candy as "fuel" for the lifts, you get a t-shirt. Elite FTS is one of my favorite companies due to their staff, articles, videos, etc. etc. They offer a pretty cool shirt with their name twisted into the image of a bat in classic orange.     We share two loves...sort of. I love working out, I'm not power lifter big, and Halloween of course. I have many Halloween friends, but none of them are fitness people if you understand me.I talked one of my closer friends into coming to the gym and he hated it. I don't think I will do anymore recruiting.Oh yeah, that is a cool shirt.

    Ahhh yes. I can't count the number of times I've had a friend come to the gym with me and immediately give up on it that day (likely half way through the training).
